Overview
Valley Animal Medical Foundation is a 501 [c] [3] non-profit organization that is dedicated to the prevention of cruelty to animals. The Foundation is comprised solely of dedicated volunteers and has no salaried employees, as a result, all charitable contributions and financial grant funding that are received by the Foundation are only used to provide medical treatment and care for abandoned, sick, or injured animals.

Mission Statement
The mission of the Valley Animal Medical Foundation is to prevent cruelty to animals by providing programs that address medical care and placement for abandoned, sick, or injured animals and by providing proactive programs that will prevent the need for animal rescue. In fulfilling its mission, Valley Animal Medical Foundation:

• Works with community officials and other animal support organizations to increase public awareness of homeless animals by providing “no-kill” pet rescue programs.
• Works with animal shelters and animal control agencies to provide spay/neuter programs to prevent over population.
• Works with Veterinary professionals to provide medical assistance programs to needy families to help pay for medical treatment of their ill and injured pet.
• Maintains a food bank and works with social service agencies to meet the nutritional needs for animals in the care of needy individuals or rescue organizations.
• Sponsors innovative research and treatment focusing on the control and cure of cancer and infectious diseases in animals.
