Paws To Remember
Program. If you would like to make a donation to
the Foundation in honor of or in the memory of an animal or
person, simply enclose a note with your check or money order
giving us the name and address of the individual you would
like us to notify of your generosity.
Pet Memorial Donation. Honor a special
animal that touched your life. For gifts of $100 or more,
the pet’s name and the name of the owner[s] will appear
on the pet memorial page of Foundations’ newsletter.
For gifts of $500 or more, the pets name will be added to
Pet Memorial Wall, located in the Foundation office.
When you make a donation of $10 or more in memory of a friend’s
pet, the Foundation will send a card to the owner announcing
your gift. The following is a sample of our Pet Memorial Card:
Dear Mrs. Smith,
The Jones Family recently made a donation to Valley
Animal Medical Foundation in memory of Lady. This gift
pays tribute to your pet and supports work to improve
the health and welfare of other companion animals.
Losing a pet is always difficult because of the special
bond we share with our pets. We hope that you find comfort
in your fond memories and in the knowledge that this
thoughtful gesture will have an impact on the lives
of other beloved animals.

People Memorial Donation. Honor the memory
of an animal –lover by making a gift in his/her name.
The Foundation will notify the family of your gift with a
personalized card. The following is a sample of the wording
on our People Memorial Card:
