Valley Animal Medical Foundation in cooperation with IAMS Pet Food and Target Stores is supporting the Desert Aids Project and the Senior Meals on Wheels Program, with individual repackaged pet meals. We currently are distributing 2200 meals a month for cats or dogs of needy individuals who for financial or medical reasons are unable to provide for the nutritional needs of their pet.

The Coachella Valley and VAMF owe a huge Thank You to IAMS Pet Food for supporting an entire community with such a generous donation of dog and cat food. They have touched the lives of many in a very special way. Many of the recipients of this generous act of kindness have very little left but the love of a companion animal.

Valley Animal Medical Foundation has had a request from the City of Chicago to share information with them so they can set up a pet food bank modeled after VAMF. We are very excited to share and will help them in anyway we can.
